Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity

DCEO works to enable the existence of an economy that benefits taxpayers, business, workers, and communities by providing different types grants and assistance programs to businesses, the workforce, and the community so that all people are able to succeed. 

DCEO also includes the Office of Regional Economic Development, the First Stop Business Information Center, and the Illinois Office of Minority Economic Empowerment.
